Our clients generally struggle with being large institutional organizations with multiple locations. They usually have multiple layers of leadership, Boards, large departments or teams who rarely meet over long periods of time due to geography or simple busyness. They look for alignment of their values, vision and core beliefs in their Senior Level Leadership Teams and the cascading effect throughout their culture. When they need help to figure out how to do that, they call us. Typical issues that arise are lack of communication, conflict (unaddressed), misunderstanding of roles and responsibilities, lack of trust, poor alignment to organizations values and vision and lack of commitment to accountability. Teamswork believes all teams are created to produce results and that a positive workplace environment is the foundation of ‘handling’ all the above issues.
Getting to this end means knowing that the leadership teams must learn about themselves and how to trust their peers. Creating connected and cohesive teams on a number of supporting systems leads to a fundamental sense of alignment in their overall purpose. This is what we do best.
