Most organizations choose a two day workshop with follow up coaching with the team, however, some are able to get their people together for one day with follow up coaching.  Teamswork will customize your workshop to suit you!  After the first conversation we like to use an assessment to understand your culture better.  The assessment tool is also a road map for the work ahead.  Teamswork is a facilitator for the two leading team assessments based in relationship systems intelligence. Executive Leadership Coaching

Why are we passionate about developing leadership in others?  We believe that there is a leader inside of everyone.  It takes courage, strength, will, desire, self-knowledge, creativity and wisdom to look inside and love our healthy leader parts and our shadow sides.  It is life-long learning and not for the faint of heart.

The HOW: This engagement is to coach individual leaders on a one to one basis.  Each client receives sessions conducted every other week, a leadership 360 profile and an individual coaching plan.  Coaching sessions can be a mixture of on site – face to face (local) or for longer distances, telephone sessions.  The coaching plan is designed around the development of the individual leader and their leadership capabilities and changes as they do.  Each coaching plan is custom designed for each leader.  Ethically, the company is the client and the leader the beneficiary of the service, which means the leader development plan must meet the approval of the client sponsor.

Team System Coaching

Based on a 360 culture assessment, Teamswork will create a profile for your organization to use as a map for change.  We will meet with you to analyze the results and to plan the course of action using the strengths and challenges of the team.  A one or two day off site retreat workshop is planned with aligned outcomes and deliverables between Teamswork and your organization.  Follow up twice monthly sessions are scheduled with our team coaches to deepen and develop the learning from the retreat workshop.  This can be done over the phone or in person as designed by your organization in conjunction with the team.
