Shahmeen Sadiq, BA, PCC, CPCC

Shahmeen SadiqShahmeen Sadiq is the founder of Anjali Leadership Inc., and has consulted with corporate leaders and teams across North America for over 6 years, helping them become more effective leaders in support of improved business performance. Laurie Hunt, M.A., H.B.B.A., CPCC

Laurie HuntThe culmination of Laurie’s varied and global corporate experience, her academic teaching and research, and her extensive training in the field of leadership and team coaching is what fuels her passion for her work as an agent of intercultural change in organizations and communities. Laurie takes a systems approach specializing in relational leadership skill building to bridge difference, to improve cultural intelligence and to develop diverse innovative teams and organizations. She considers herself a ‘system disrupter’. By raising an individual or team’s awareness of how they are operating, she supports clients in disrupting the patterns and habits that get in the way of achieving their desired outcomes.

Laurie’s clients span the corporate, public benefit, government and education sectors. She has researched and co-authored a number of publications on leadership, mentoring and intercultural relationships. Laurie brings over 20 years of international marketing, communications, diversity and human resources experience in the high tech industry as well as teaching in the School of Management at the University of Massachusetts in Boston.

Laurie believes in fitness of the body and spirit as well as the mind. To this end, she is an avid runner having completed 16 marathons, is a dedicated yoga practitioner and considers herself a global explorer curious about the world and the people who inhabit it.

Gary Harris, BSc, CA, CPCC, ORSCC

Gary HarrisAbility in any field comes from many places; experience, training, passion, natural abilities, desire, and so forth.  Gary brings all of that and more to his chosen career of coaching and consulting.  With a Bachelor of Science in economics, a Chartered Accounting designation, thirty eight years of business experience in most aspects of large and small companies, ten years of self study and actualization, coaching certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and coaching certification as an Organization Relationship System Certified Coach, Gary has found his passion – his energy in coaching.  With a focus on moving our economy and organizations forward, Gary is known as a ‘Corporate Triage Expert’ and specializes in stopping the bleeding and removing the pain by creating healthy balanced relationships with self and others in the organization. All progress is from people.

Clients often evaluate two criteria when considering a coach.  First the experience of the coach is important.  Gary brings a multitude of business and life experiences to this chosen career.
